Vårkoll Stockholm (Part 2)

After part 1 of Vårkoll Stockholm, it became quite obvious that you longed for a review of even more stores. Work was carried out another round of town. This is what we found:

Slatgo & Clemenza
On Västmannagatan going on sale as usual. After top mark Gram Design chosen to work as their own sales agents (previously it was Patrik on Slatgo & Clemenza who had that job), it is our only a handful of models of the brand’s spring collection in the store. But is there any specific Gramvårsko you definitely want have, but can not get hold of it is still a good idea to go to Slatgo & Clemenza for they still have close contact with the gang behind Gram and can hopefully fix up the current model. Otherwise the skofronten, sales of the Supreme Being, handmade lyxsneakers of 2500. Forward-summer will additionally Supreme Being Doppers from the same brand whose shoes are certainly not hand without factory-made, but on the other hand, are sold at half price compared to huvudlabeln.

Grevius bags, Ulterior Motives bit of everything, and golf bags with skull prints (1895) for those who want to stand out on the tee in the spring are also available, as well as a normal mammoth selection of hat – based headwear mice brand New York Hat Co. – which also are agents of Sweden. Additionally watches in the price segment – 8000-16000 – from Ezteem. A little later in our store presents a collaboration with just Ezteem in the form of two watch models with different clock faces where the motifs are graphic illustrations of Richard Ryan, one of the men behind Slatgo & Clemenza. Really cool watches to see!

The Grandpa
After a number of inaugural festivities are now two red carpets rolled out for visitors to Fridhemsgatan 43. Once there, you are met by three floors and more than 400 square meters of genuine Grandpa concept. Many of the brands are recognizable, but is for the sake of not reheated as it will news throughout. Most awaited of all the new learning from Australian sunglasses brand AM Eyewear be. They are delayed because they sold out in both Tokyo and New York and the brand therefore had to obtain new.

Otherwise, it is as usual with Grandpa not only clothes sold. An even more explicit focus in the new store is placed on furniture and lifestyle-related things. We still recommend strong second-hand bags for under a thousand patches, the best of Swedish brands like Velour and Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair and exciting Danes in the form of Won Hundred and Junk de Luxe.

on Jakobs Torg have shoe and accessory store Coet become warm clothes and now presents even clothing on the men’s side, from B’sbee. These are shirts, hoodies and shorts and the whole place is very casual, unlike the others, dressed supply. Handmade and neat from the NDC, the shoes from the Danish Mentor (which, incidentally, release a premium collection in the fall called “Diamond”) that do not reach the large chains and similarly dressy from Nicole Farhi, while new German Trips are a little more daring. And speaking of daring: a purple or leopard print hat from Reinhard Plank be something?

Otherwise, it is worth mentioning the investment in echo produced products, which of course really is the right time. Approximately 60% of the shoes Coet sell can be labeled as “organic”, colored with vegetable, natural colors under dignified conditions. Good for the worker, good for the environment and good for the brands involved in the process from production to sales.

As usual, there is an orderly chaos at Tjallamalla. Established Swedes in the form of, among others, Acne, Julian Red, The Stray Boys, Pour and Carin Wester men line Wester accompanied by the name more or less on the way up as Nakkna, Ulrika Sandström, Goran Sundberg, Dennis & Peter, So Last Season, Merde, Whyszeck, Nina Jarebrink and Gram Design. And so it is that distinguishes the entire Tjallamalla: exciting new names, with usually only one or maybe a couple of pieces out there on the gallows.

Do all means not that a little uneven, but always present vintage-range and finally all the infinitely numerous and fine accessories – far from mass produced!
